Safe and Reliable High-pressure Equipment

Pneumatic booster pumps

Pneumatic Booster Pumps

Baesin's pneumatic booster pumps provide suitable solutions for various applications, with different flow rates and different maximum allowable working pressures. Baesin's pneumatic booster pumps can be divided into two main categories: booster pumps for gas and booster pumps for liquid, they are the most cost-effective booster products.

Pneumatic booster stations

Pneumatic Booster Stations

Baesin’s Booster Stations are ready-to-use, plug-and-play complete booster units(with gauges/valves/switches/internal pipes) suitable for a wide range of gases and liquids. These stations are ideal for various pressure testing, gas filling and recovery, and other high-pressure applications.

High-pressure testing equipment

High-pressure Testing Equipment

Baesin's testing equipment can perform a variety of pressure tests, such as hydrostatic testing, burst testing, cyclic pressure testing, and leak testing. It is suitable for a wide range of products, including brake hoses, pressure transmitters, radiators, high-pressure tube fittings, pressure sensors, air hoses and manifolds, cylinders, and valves.

Gas filling equipment

Gas Filling Equipment

Baesin's gas filling equipment are designed to handle a broad spectrum of gases – including O₂, N₂, Ar, CO₂, H₂, He, Air, CH₄, C₂H₂, C₃H₈, C₄H₁₀, CO, and more. For certain gases, we also offer specialized automatic or semi-automatic filling equipment, such as fire extinguisher filling machines and CO₂ soda bottle filling machines.

Single acting pump

Single Acting Pump

A pneumatic single-acting booster pump (also known as an air-driven gas or liquid booster) operates on a fundamental mechanical concept: pressure intensification through differential piston areas.

Double acting pump

Double Acting Pump

A pneumatic double-acting booster pump operates on the exact same core concept of area differential force multiplication as a single-acting model, but with a major structural upgrade: two high-pressure fluid heads attached to opposite ends of a central air drive piston.

Double-stage pump

Double-stage Pump

A pneumatic double-stage (or two-stage) booster pump uses sequential, series compression to achieve extremely high pressure ratios that single-stage boosters cannot reach efficiently. A double-stage booster uses two chambers of different sizes connected in series to multiply pressure in two successive steps.
