BAESIN

Why We Were Founded?

Are you experiencing any of these frustrations?- We are here to prevent these issues.

Selection stage

Selection Stage:

  • You browse through brochures from multiple factories, but no one can accurately understand your actual operating conditions and parameters. The solutions they offer are always “close enough” rather than truly “right for you.”
  • The factory sales team doesn’t understand the technology, and the technical team doesn’t communicate directly with clients – messages get distorted layer by layer.
  • Your inquiries go unanswered, and the few factories that do respond give you only a quotation without a detailed proposal and parameters, so you have no way to judge if the solution is really applicable.
Pricing and trust

Pricing & Trust:

  • The same piece of equipment can be quoted 30% or even 50% higher by different factories. You can’t tell whether the difference comes from material quality, configuration cuts, or simply inflated pricing.
  • Factories claim to have “export qualifications” or “experience with similar projects,” but they cannot provide actual case studies or customs records.
  • When you ask for real factory videos or production progress updates, they always make excuses like “the workshop isn’t accessible right now” – you can’t verify their authenticity.
Quality delivery and shipping

Quality, Delivery & Shipping:

  • After production, there are no test videos. You only get a photo of the finished product just before shipment, so you can’t confirm whether the equipment runs properly and meets standards.
  • The agreed delivery date is delayed again and again, with excuses always being “too many orders” or “we’re rushing it,” but you have no way to verify.
  • The shipping solutions offered by the factory are overpriced, but finding a freight forwarder on your own is too complicated.
  • Upon arrival at the destination port, you open the container and find that the nameplate parameters don’t match the contract, accessories are missing, or damage has occurred during transit – yet the factory blames the logistics provider.
After-sales and on-site support

After-Sales & On-Site Support:

  • When equipment fails during commissioning, remote guidance from the factory is slow, vague, or sometimes nonexistent – they simply stop replying.
  • If you need an engineer for on-site installation or training, the factory refuses citing “visa difficulties” or “high travel costs,” or quotes a price far above market rates.
  • During the warranty period, a fault requires you to ship the faulty part back for inspection-the round-trip can take months, and the production downtime loss far exceeds the equipment’s value.
  • When you need upgrades or modifications, the original factory has already stopped production or switched product lines, and you can’t find anyone to discuss technical details.
Hidden risks

Hidden Risks:

  • Only after payment does the factory tell you that “this model needs customization,” but the contract doesn’t specify the detailed parameters, leaving you with no basis for any future disputes.
  • Language and cultural differences lead to misunderstandings on technical specifics – for example, “explosion-proof rating” or “sealing material” – both sides may interpret them differently.
  • The factory serves multiple large clients at the same time, and your small-batch order is pushed to the back of the production line – you are always delayed.
